002: Lazy Scranton and Winter Snapshonts

This winter break I went to big bear in southern california, where I watched buffy on dvd, went on walks, and snowboarded consequently almost breaking my tailbone and not being able to bend over for the next month. I hung out with erik's huge family (parents, grandparents, 3 brothers, 1 sister, 1 sister's boyfriend, and 4 dogs) at their awesome

is AMAZING. I love it! & I'm desperately jealous of you for having such a beautiful dress that looks so amazing on you. I've been on the search for a red dress for years now & still can't find one that's just right. It doesn't help that I've been progressively gaining weight & stuff, but I couldn't find one even back when I was satisfied with my weight.

2. The long exposure is also AMAZING. It reminds me of this one set of long exposures I saw online once (many times, really). I can't freaking find it now (I'll search & get back to you, because I also want to see these again). There were like 12 of them, maybe; something like that -- & they progressed through the night, starting with just past sunset & ending with just before sunrise.

They start with a road in the middle of nowhere, & a door (done by flashlight) & footprints leading up to it (done by flashlight). Then there's some other stuff; flowers in a vase, a cat, train tracks going into the air, shooting stars... It's a wonderful collection.

psh you'd look gorgeous in any red dress, i got that one at forever21, i originally wanted to make it into a shirt but then i wore it as a dress and got attatched
