"Everything's different with my head in the clouds..."
For those of you following along at home -- meaning no one, haha -- It's official. Has been since New Year's Eve. I got the sweetest kiss from the most wonderful man to start off what's turning out to be a wonderful, different new year.
So far in 2009:
I spent the night with said wonderful man.
I learned to shoot.
I saw a great movie and had a great meal.
I went to Baptist services.
I've been able to charm a few people.
Was called someone's girl, but didn't feel owned.
Saw genuine care and love in someone's eyes.
Bought some great books.
Goals:
Academic Success.
Strength.
Try Sushi.
Read at least 50 books,
Say "I love you," know it, mean it.
Believe and have faith; aka "Find Jesus"
At least decide when I'm going to Ireland.
Hope, pray I don't have to send him off to basic until well after July.
Hold on to all the good things and people I have -- show them the love and gratitude they deserve.
Keep negative energies out of my life.
