[The concept of time is eluding Sokka. How long has it been since Fran forced him in fall to pieces? Five minutes? Fifty minutes? Five hours? He's got no idea, but it's nearly night now, and Sokka can't get the picture of Fran or those inky black figures out of his head long enough to crawl out of his safe place to go home.]

Sokka? [He moves closer and stares a little harder. Yup. Definitely him. He moves quickly and is on his knees in front of him in seconds flat.]
Sokka, what happened?

[Sokka reaches up, rubs his raw eyes and shakes his head.] It's not right -- no more. Don't, j-just don't go out there, don't.

[He thought he was starting to understand what all of this was about. Instead of trying to bring it up he just moved a little closer and gave Sokka's shoulders a light squeeze.]
You know what always calmed me down when I was scared? My Dad chanting. It sounds really pretty. Here, I'll show you.
[Bon started with a low hum before moving into the chant of his holy scriptures. It was normally used to exorcise demons, but he felt like this might be an appropriate use. [That's about all he has for now, and leans his head against Bon's stable form, supporting his head, closing his eyes.] I just couldn't... stop it...

[He blinks away the remaining tears in his eyes and takes a deep breath, patting Sokka's shoulder when he leans on him again.] It's alright. It's over now. It'll be okay. [Bon decided he would stay there until someone came to bring Sokka home, seeing as he wasn't sure where Sokka lived and was pretty sure the guy wasn't in the right state of mind to tell him.]
