02. Gone Fishin' [action]
[It probably hasn't escaped the attention of any familiar residents, that Sokka's already found himself feeling a little less useful than usual. Sure, he's pretty good at settling down amidst all the craziness, but that doesn't mean he's particularly comfortable with his level of usefulness. Or, in this case, uselessness.]
[He's been thinking a lot about his sister, thinking a lot of home, thinking a lot, period. Which is never a good thing for Sokka.]
[On this particular day, he's decided he needs a distraction. Taking his rudimentary tools, Sokka has set himself out into the world in search of prey. It's only fortunate that he stumbles across a flowing stream, because of all the types of hunting there are, fishing just happens to be his favorite.]
[Sadly, the fish don't seem to be biting, so the young man's sitting on a rock outcropping over the stream, his line laying pathetically in the water. There are fish -- he can see them, but they just aren't biting for some reason.]
Ffft. This is a lost cause... as per usual.
