Ack!
So I'm thinking about buying a house. My lease ends June 30th, and I'm either going to renew or move into a house-like environment. Thumbing through the classifieds, I discovered that it's actually cheaper to buy a house than it is to rent one. Therefore, I'm thinking of buying a house, even though it scares the ever-livin-crap out of me at the moment. I'm scared that I won't be able to afford it and I'll get in over my head.
Thankfully my blind date person is a realtor, so he's going to help me out. Woo!
