TwiCon 2009--Here I Come...Hopefully!!
My husband is always after me because I'm not into expensive things. He's bought a truck, a 4-wheeler, several guns, and has his eyes on a motorcycle. All in the four years we've been married. What have I asked for? Apparently nothing, according to him. So...I found something the other day. I decided that a fabulous 5th anniversary present would be to go to TwiCon next July. So I left the site up on my computer one night when I went to work. When I got home, he was full of questions about it...he was especially excited about the masquerade ball, of all things. He said that if I planned it, and he got the time off work, we could go! Oh, happy day! I did a little dorky happy dance when he told me. I now feel like the ultimate twerd...this will be my first convention of any kind, which I am totally stoked about. Hopefully things'll work out by the end of the week and we can book tickets and everything!!!!
