Yes! They did it!

Strider has great instinct. And the moment he lets Frodo know he cares and gives him that last bit of strength is inspiring.

I hope they can raise the baby at Rivendell - I imagine the Shire wouldn't be very amenable...

Aw, poor Frodo, being so brave about it. (and with no pain relief even!) But, a beautiful little girl to call his own. Wonder what Bilbo will have to say about it?

Oh, that was awesome!!!! An absolutely lovely birth scene---I am impressed!!! :) The pain, the pushing, the baby arriving . . . And I did enjoy Strider's worry about Frodo's unusual anatomy---and Frodo's confession that bachelor gentle hobbits know nothing of childbirth. Seems they ought to learn, doesn't it. :D

This was perfect---very enjoyable.
