Week three...already?
Portugal was absolutely beautiful. The people were amazingly nice and I loved Lisbon it was the perfect size. Of course the one day I plan to get out to the beach its cloudy and was freezing out by the cliffs we were at. So windy! Also Dan got asked if he wanted to buy hash everytime we walked down the street and if he said no they ask "coke?"Currently I´m in Spain drinking Sangria and using the free internet at our hostel. I´m working on my Spanish while Im here, man do I suck but some of it is slowly coming back.
Why is it almost everyone we met that are traveling from the states have crazy amounts of money and time. No one is doing the Im a poor college student just trying to afford a few beers and enjoy the countries for a couple weeks. No people are coming from otehr vacations in Africa, South America and Asia into a month or two here. Some are just here for the entire summer. Everyone has enough money to go out all the time and doesnt care the cost of anything. Its insane and I wish I were them. Im not doing too bad for myself either but I sure dont have money like some of these kids do.
