(no subject)
So this happened today... Driving home from Ohio on the Pennsylvania turnpike. I'm in a rental car with an EZpass, my parents are ahead of me in their car, without a pass. We get to the toll gate and they're caught behind some lady who is trying to pay with pennies or some shit, taking forever. I'm just sort of hanging out in the EZpass lane next to them, there's no cars anywhere remotely near me, nobody is waiting, I'm not blocking anyone. The little man comes out of his booth all steamed up and this is how the conversation goes.
Toll guy: You need to move your car.
Me: Ok, give me a second, I'm waiting for my parents right there.
Toll guy: You need to MOVE your car!
Me: They're almost done and there's no one behind me, I will.
Toll guy: YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR CAR NOW!
Me: Sir, you perform a job function that has historically been reserved for trolls, you need to calm your ass down.
And I drove off. I thought my brother was going to piss his pants laughing.
Toll guy: You need to move your car.
Me: Ok, give me a second, I'm waiting for my parents right there.
Toll guy: You need to MOVE your car!
Me: They're almost done and there's no one behind me, I will.
Toll guy: YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR CAR NOW!
