Frustration is:
trying to explain to my mom (over the phone) how to restart a YouTube video.
Snippet of actual conversation:
Mom: oh, there's no sound! What do i do?
me: i have no idea where the sound controls are on your computer
Mom: ok, i found the sound control. but the video already started!
me: no problem, we can restart it. Do you see a red bar underneath the video?
Mom: no, i don't have a red bar
me: ...i can't help you then
Mom: oh, i see it now. i didn't move down far enough
In the end we got it working, and I was able to share this video with her:
