Being a leader.

rant
I've been in charge of so many things lately. Looking back recently, I'm truly amazed at how I can multitask like that. After all, I've never really done that much before. Trust me, it's kinda tiring after a while...yet I enjoy it very much, for I'm able to help people and (sometimes) make my own rules. And I learn a lot from the experience too.

My first time on being a leader began when I was around 10 or 11 years, and it was in church. I was one of the few members in the Young Women, and while I was the most senior, I became the class president. I was one for two years before I handed it over to another (we're supposed to change every year), but even today, I'm kinda like a big sister to them (heh, almost---I'm one of the oldest and most senior anyway). Of course, leading them isn't same as anything else. But it's very fun to be with them. =)

Then my addiction for RPG began when I joined Magical Realm of Hogwarts two years ago. I wasn't a leader in the beginning, but after a while, I became a prefect, and then a Head Girl. It was really because I was the most senior (and almost the only Hufflepuff around). I had been temporary Head of House too, and then a Flying Professor. I learned about moderating a board, as well as an RPG, and I'm really happy about that.

This went on to Only One Truth RPG. I started it, and became an admin. I didn't have much problems---got plenty of help from others and such. And over the year, I learned how to deal with problems (such as disciplinary and stuff). And this is really good! I recognized my power and put more effort into administration. But at the same time, I remember to show that I'm not just an admin, but a fellow RPer too. =)

Finally, scouts movement in my school. I became the librarian, and an assistant patrol leader less about four months ago. From here, I learned to speak out, to respect, to put things under my control. I have to say I enjoy this pose a lot (even with all the yucky things in my library cupboard), and it's working with a best friend (who happens to be a president)! =) I always can't wait to find out what's in store for me!

Let's face it. I like being a leader. I mean, leader in a way that provides the best of the best for others. Maybe not for all occasions though. But one thing for sure is that I was strengthened---both physically, and spiritually.
