Go Straight

[EDIT] After listening to a couple of pompi's singing, I...kinda want to try out too? I did this on my first try, Chinese song which lyrics I only posted yesterday, so if you don't mind my tone-deafness and bad timing and the fact that it's too low from my comfort range. you can listen to it here. [/EDIT]

I promised to report on life.

After being part deaf for a week, it finally got worse to the point that I had to see a doctor. The moment I woke up this morning, I got off the bed, and almost fell to my left. I couldn't balance myself. So I called Big Sis who didn't stay over last night, and she came home to take me to the clinics. So turned out that it could be sinus problem since it was to do with the middle part of the ear, so was given some pills and a nasal spray. Took it immediately, and I was instantly better. Not completely better, of course, since I still feel slight deafness in my left ear, otherwise nothing too serious after all. Huh, I seem to have all sort of health problems.

Work has been so busy, I don't even... I worked literally overtime on Friday, heading home only by about 7:10pm because of some last-minute work. But it was kinda nice, traveling home on a bus after dark, even if that particular double-decker had the brightest lighting ever on the top deck. I also did plenty of work on Saturday. But I couldn't be happier. Kevin and Tongliang asked me about my hometown, of which Kevin was totally clueless about, which was really funny. The usual "there's no Starbucks?!" That night, Lil Sis found out that a Taiwanese show introduced my hometown, so I showed it to Kevin during our Saturday duty, and it definitely got his interest. Well, mainly the food that did the shameless promotion. But seriously, they have the best food at home, I always miss them when I'm overseas. Can't wait for Chinese New Year.

Meanwhile, I've been seeing this gray-striped cat around here for some time. It's really pretty for a stray cat. It let me stroke it and it was affectionate for a bit, hngh. I've decided to name it Snowy because I do cheesy names like that.

I am rewatching Sengoku Basara anime before getting myself the last movie. How nostalgic. I can even understand what they're talking about in Basara Matsuri... Takenoko Hamubaagu, haha. Apparently Kojyuurou in Battle Heroes was already taken away by Hideyoshi and Hanbei, and Masamune-sama only came to his help at the end.
Morikawa-san: -turns to Nakai-san- Where did you go?
Nakai-san: ...Toilet...
Morikawa-san: -stands up- Masamune-sama, you went to toilet for too long!
Nakai-san: -backs off- Gomen~

Okay, I'm done. Should sleep soon.
