So I Return
I had a good reason not to update, really. The whole time I was back in my hometown, I've been really, really busy. Apparently my parents had been doing some renovating, so now our so-called "computer room" looks like the interior of a treehouse with green walls and brown floorboards and curtains. The bathroom connected to my/sis's room now has a shower! No longer do we need to fight over just one shower in the whole house.
So other than cleaning up like I was one of the men of the house, I got a haircut. Pretty good hairdresser, but my hair is now too short. Whyyyyyyyyy. Will probably need a whole month for it to grow back to the ideal length. At least it doesn't get that messy anymore.
Bro's wedding dinner was funny, mainly because of the MC. Old friend of relatives, so they didn't get anyone else. Love the setting they made to the ballroom - dark walls, deep red and white table clothes, nice flowers, good lighting. Everyone liked my ball dress (yeah, I recycled)...said I should wear stuffs like that more often. Sure, once I put some fashion sense in me.
Then I went to the natives' longhouses for the first time, 'cause parents were bringing their London friends for a visit, with Sis-in-law's family plus Bro's friends. Interestingly modern, the houses, but still nice and traditional for the most part.
So I'm back in Singapore today, and Bro is here too, which is good, 'cause I could use another family member around to help me getting used to this stupid country. Hopefully I'll draw something soon too, since I finally installed my tablet driver. Gintama ftw!
