So I got the job at the salon here in NYC. It is surreal that I am working in one the best salons in the city, although I will admit that it is going to be challenging. One, that I am going to be assisting, which means I make barely enough money to really do much. Two that I am assisting two of the best, but insanely picky guys at the salon. It is slightly intimidating, and already they have told me I doing EVERYTHING wrong. Luckily, I take kindly to blunt criticism, probably because of all the years of mean irish dancing teachers.
A few months ago I recorded some backup vocals for The Chain Gang of 1974.
Kam did a really good job with everything, and if you like dance music you'll really like his stuff.
