I'm done. No more feeling like the fat ass that I am.

I bought a lot of good things for myself to eat when I went food shopping yesterday and I have a plan.

This morning I had:

9am - 1 apple

10am - 1 banana

11am - 1 really yummy rice cake (I had a REALLY bad experience with them when I was a kid. Very sick, haven't eaten them since, but I decided to go for it)

At noon I will have a very small bowl of beef stew. I'll either go home (I LOVE living less than 10 minutes from home) and grab carrot sticks or I will space the snacks out to every 2-2.5 hours (Just rice cakes left).

I'm going to attempt to drink my full day's worth of water. It's hard. I hate water. But I should start now.
