GoT Awesomeness?
YES WE DO!
Okay, so I didn't find the first eposode of A Game of Thrones very eventful, it felt most like a long introduction (until the very end, that is. That scene shocks me even more every time I think about it:S), but the sets, costumes, enviroment, acting ect was all brilliant. The steampunky opening felt a bit OT, but it looked cool. All in all, I loved it.
The things I liked most were:
- Arya. She always freaks me out in the books, but Maise Williams is so charming I just have to love her.
- Robb, Jon and Theon making themselves pretty for the king. So random and priceless!
- Dany. She's just so pretty. And I really felt for her, Khal Drogo is so big and scary! (I still love him too, though).
- Viserys. So. Very. Creepy. The worst case of crazyeyes I've ever seen.
- Direwolf puppies! Simply adorable. I love both the animals themselves and Jon Snow saying "pops".
The list could go on, but I'm going to stop here. I can't wait for next week!
Also, since I still fail to understand Twitter I'm grateful to Winter is Coming for posting a summary of Twitter reactions from both fans and noobs. A lot of them seem to be about the amount of boobs, which, I can agree, was vast, but all in all the reactions seem to be shocked and intrigued. As expected:)
