Ok, upon further reserach, and talking to gaelan, I have decided that I need one with a good video card. Not great, just good. Good enough to chug along if I want to play a game.
There is a very simple decision now.

I think I might take the more expensive computer/lappy just because I'd be spending 200$ on a PSP anyways.... I'll probably decide later tonight.
