Why does the temperature appear inversely proportional to the amount of sunlight pouring in?!

I mean, its sunnier than heck outside and yet its absolutely freezing in this room. I was hoping for even just an marginal increase in "ondo" but alas I will have to just keep waiting.

Ugh, I loathe the winter! (>_<)

But, with the exception of not being able to feel my fingers or toes, things are going fairly well otherwise. (^_-)
