9 days...
It's down to single digits!! Gah!!
I sold my bed last night...and I reposted my couch/loveseat, coffee table, 2 end tables, and bicycle on Craigslist this evening. If they all sell for what I'm asking, I'll get almost $1000...which would be fantastic. Moving is expensive!
Good thing is, the timing of my job resignation is working out splendidly - my last day is the 14th, and my bosses are letting me use PTO to finish out the pay period (the 1st-15th). So I'm getting a full paycheck this weekend and then I'll get another full paycheck on the 25th, even though I'll have been gone a week at that point. it'll help during the downtime in between jobs, so I won't be quite so worried about somehow running out of money (although that is why God made credit cards, love to HATE THEM).
So....yeah! All is good to go. Next week is going to go FAST.
Monday and Tuesday are my only 2 normal days. Wednesday night I'll start packing up my car. Thursday is my last day at work. Friday morning I'm shipping my car. Saturday I'll finish packing the rest of my stuff into suitcases.
Sunday morning the 17th....Goodbye, Washington...Hello, new life.
