I have a job opportunity. It's starting to sound like it's pretty much a solid deal, I just need to send in a resume and letter of interest.
I'd be working primarily with kids and teens (to start with) at a counseling and rehab facility. How much you make at the beginning is dependent on how much college you've already had.
Full health benefits.
And, they pay for you to go take more classes in behavioral health, counseling, etc etc. The more classes you take, the more certifications you can qualify for, and the more certifications you have, the more you make in salary.
It is, in essence, a complete win-win situation; and it's in the career field I've wanted to end up in since I was 16 years old.
Now I just have to decide if I want to take it.
The job is not in Washington. I would have to leave my mom alone to deal with my dad and his health issues.
Why can't decisions just be easy, forever?
