Of Love Lost
Fired up Semagic today, since I can check My Friends Page much faster.
Saw the 'edit window' and well.... Inspiration struck! I tried putting words to the thoughts.. Check under the cut if you're curious.
A pome I did write, but I'm not happy with the way it came out. I'm _not_ happy at all!! *sad face*
My love lies await from the past,
till forever shall it be so....
My heart lies soft and gently a-beat,
safer nowhere than in your hands.
a silent thump that onward does parry,
to times of joy, complete but unaccounted.
For those eyes shine bright and starry,
when my own I happen to close....
There lies tender and timid yet strong,
a violent jolt, to reality awaken....
No voice unheard, no action be wrong,
this voice that follows is untimely shaken....
But hard I do try, and hide my heart,
but the surface ripples with unbroken zeal,
These dreams of mine, they are not lost,
for the dream world was by far more real!
I think in strobing genius like fashion,
and time it seems matters not....
But every beat that pumps through men,
reminds us men, that time's not caught!
See through me, the world within,
and touch my cheek for I am charmed.
I care for thoughts, unreal, unbidden,
please leave this heart unharmed....
n'ere, this harsh light betrays,
a world that's ashine through veil,
tendrils of woven doubt in arrays,
What horrors does your world entail?
Oh forget it.... :o( I can't write poetry any more.... My world's turned Black & White with no greys.
*I think I should just curl up and die!*
