a little late. 21 june is day 240. summer solstice and bug-off contest will be a separate post.
stuff that's happened over the past 10 days.
-- saw francine at club lol/101:
-- a camper.
-- some villager interaction:
sometimes villagers will come up with nicknames for you. it's up to you to say yes or no. most of the time i say "yes" even to the very silly ones. :
other villager interactions:
-- claudia on books:
-- i often don't visit club lol/101. i drop in now and then and most of the time no villagers are present. it's nice to see villagers in there once in awhile.
-- redd showed up:
-- they also come up to you and play little games like, "i can read your mind" or "tell me your favorite this and that" :
-- gracie can be annoying at times.
and she's still hawking the pelts of her relatives:
-- and sometimes they get fleas. you can tell if they've got a flea by sound and by what they say. you swing your net either horizontally from your villager or from the back to catch the flea and not trigger a conversation with them:
-- caught somebody sleeping on a stump:
-- at the cafe:
-- i rather like ankha:
-- and ricky who is the old cranky one of the village:
-- saharah visited. kept the carpet. ditched the wallpaper:
-- the world cup was on:
-- saturday night dj kk plays an acoustic set. you can request a song or let him pick. he gives you a copy after he plays and you can add it to radios, tape decks, cd players, etc. in individual rooms and have the tune play in that room when you enter it.
-- villagers give game tips throughout:
-- i finally stumbled upon them having a conversation with each other. i can't seem to manage it more often.
-- hans was sick:
-- i usually dig up or fall into a pitfall seed/trap before a villager can stumble upon one, but not this time. she was really angry when she got out of the trap:
-- lost items still happen even if you have a police station.
-- my hydrangeas have bloomed!
-- saharah showed up again. i was not thrilled with her choices.:
-- sometimes they ask you to fetch other villagers:
... a super toilet. uh, thanks.
-- ankha wants furniture. i gave her a pet instead.
-- and ricky:
-- molly is revealing more of her past and interests to me:
-- at the museum:
