"Sirrah" does not mean "sir". It means, sort of, the opposite. A (slightly) more recognisable synonym might be "varlet".

Thus, if someone addresses you as "sirrah", it is rude. This might be fine between friends, and/or it might be sarcasm, but please don't assume it is merely humourously superfluous courtesy.

Suggested Usage:
"So's your mother, sirrah!"
