[Silence is heard--not even the sound of breathing can be discerned for the span of a couple seconds.]

[Puzzled silence ensues. When Aara speaks, there is a bit of amusement and confusion in her tone.]

You are Angha, are you not? A warrior of your time. Your hide must be strong indeed, to victoriously face so many battles deserving such a name.

[Ironhide goes quiet until he can manage to activate the journal's video feed.]

[A gasp can be heard, along with the sound of buttons being pressed as Aara attempts to turn on the video and fails. Items are moved aside and suddenly Aara's breathing is louder, as if her face was closer to the screen.]

I can--I can see you!

You're not Angha. You are a warrior, though? [Another small pause] What is an autobot, my lord? I have never seen anything like you! Your scales...they gleam. You are...quite remarkable. [There is childlike awe in her tone. Had the vid been on, her eyes would be wide in her face.]

[Excuse the tone. He's always cranky like this.]

[Not her first choice of what she would like to ask, but probably the most respectful.]

[Ironhide regards the journal in silence while she puzzles this out. And his answer is short, clipped.]

[Aara puzzles that word out. She knows deception is usually not a good thing, and con is usually also attributed to a negative trait, therefore she believed this autobot was indeed someone to respect. She hoped.]
