The Swinger is a Python hack that works "by taking each beat and time-stretching the first half of each beat while time-shrinking the second half," according to the blog post I'm linking. And it is SO NEAT.
I am kind of sad I have no idea how it actually works, though, as I would otherwise totally run things from my early music collection through it. ;)
