I ponied up for a permanent lj account last time they went on sale, because I have impeccably poor timing, so I am not ditching lj and don't know what I'll do with my DW account, but I wanted to get my handle so that it didn't go to someone who snagged it and then DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT FOR SIX YEARS.
ETA: I'm importing my current lj content -- I guess it will be nice to have an online backup; I'm using lj archive but in case, like, my laptop blows up or something. I'm probably sticking to lj as my primary base of operations for the time being, though, so don't worry, I'm not actually going anywhere (I am sure you are all shaking in your boots at the thought of being deprived of my glorious presence).
