So lauzeta made a post about Bard on the Beach in Vancouver (they're doing Richard II, which is neat even though I won't get to go) and that reminded me that I ought to check the Stratford Festival lineup, in case I have time to go this year (and if my diss is done and I' not moving out of St. Louis, I probably will; it's less than three hours from my parents' house, and they offer special rates for under-30s, though since I'm turning 30 in June that's probably no good to me).

It is a sign of my great dorkiness that while I am interested in Colm Feore as Macbeth and Geraint Wyn-Davies as Julius Caesar and Bottom --

the thing I'm most excited about is Bartholomew Fair.

Even if they did cast Lucy Peacock as Ursla the Pig Woman. I mean, what?
