beatonna, whose comics you should all be reading if you are at all interested in history, Canada, or fat Shetland ponies who poop a lot, has been inspired by unused comic suggestions that are interesting but, well, unused, to create a history-geekery community in which people can tell entertaining historical anecdotes. It is called history_time and looks like it will be great fun.
I am signed up for Thursday, 11 September (*facepalm*) and am currently deciding which of my vast store of vaguely sordid slices of medieval/early modern life to share with the community.
