Well, metaphorically!

Obviously it means "the one he came out of," which probably has sticky implications, but I suppose one is not necessarily going to consider the full ramifications of one's pronoun choices if one is about to be beheaded.

True, but you have to squish "fallen" into one syllable, so it might count (it would certainly count if it were spelled "fall'n")!

A slightly dubious ellision, but intended in the original. So I think it scrapes by.
