Today's footnote of the day comes from the Cambridge Shakespeare in Performance edition of Henry V -- this is a fantastic series in which the footnotes, instead of explaining what the text means, refer to performance choices made by certain productions. I highly recommend them, especially to all the dramaturgy people on my flist.
