I've finally gotten around to watching my shiny new Star Wars DVDs. As a result I've got something to add to the "I Need To Get Out More" file: the line "Only Imperial stormtroopers could be so precise" gave me an exceedingly disturbing mental image of puritanical stormtroopers.
Because, you know, "precisian" used to be a synonym for "Puritan," in the seventeenth century, and I made a big deal about that in my Measure for Measure paper?
I really do need to get out more.
