it wasnt an attack sweetie. just a threat.
i think someone called up and said there were four bombs on a train/trains and maybe on a bus.
they called off transport for a few hours this morning then started it up again, and apparently now its been called off again for about half an hour for inspection!! kinda creepy hey!
and i have to catch the TRAIN home tonight!!

It wasn't an attack, just some person called 000 saying there was a 'planned attack' on Brisbane public transport today. Apparently services has resumed so it was most likely a false alarm.

Some people are fucking idiots but it's better to be safe than sorry.

::Update::
Queensland Rail is one of our biggset clients for advertising and we have first hand information that they actually FOUND four bombs on a train around lunch time today.
All public transport will be on hold at peak our times today. . .
i am fucking terrified, i was ON the train this morning!

I work at Courier Mail. There was a threat made around lunchtime today against QLD Rail. There are ***UNCONFIRMED*** reports that 2 packages were investigated by the bomb squad at toowong, but were found to be harmless.

There has been no confirmation of actual bombs etc. It's just a hoax. Like back at school. Except these days everyone is ready to piss themselves at the slightest mention of the "B" word :P
