Lots of people seem to be using facebook these days, and I can't bring myself to check there very often (especially since I have much less time online these days). I hear there's a way to get an RSS feed of all your facebook friends' updates -- is that right? How do I do that?

I need a very simple time entry application. The simpler, the better: doesn't need to have any billing parts to it, I don't care about too many features, either. What I need is the ability to specify a project name/numer, hit start and have it start timing, then hit stop when I'm done (or to be able to enter time ranges manually) and to be able to specify work description in addition to just the project name. And, of course, to get a nice print out of per day/ per week time entries. Has to be freeware or shareware, preferably portable.

We are looking for recommendations for photo album software. Right now we use JAlbum, but it's starting to take too much time to review photos, pick them, sort them by folders, name folders, select main photo, etc. Would be nice to have a decent editor/album maker.
Right now I only know of Picasa as one such software, but Picasa's albums aren't very convenient because they don't link to each other, for example (as in you just have a bunch of uploaded albums, not a hierarchy of them). Is there a way to make a hierarchy of Picasa albums and to easily keep it updated so that we don't need to re-upload photos multiple times? The destination is also preferably our own server.
Although we are at the point where we'd consider paying for a third-party server with good interface. Photki.com, for example, don't seem all that convenient.
Those of you who use Photoshop to edit your photos, what photo album software do you use? What's your workflow for processing photos? We always seem to have a huge backlog.
