has anyone used online back up services?

in SyncToy you can setup different types of "sync". 1-way, 2-way (changes in either place is reflected in other). I prefer "echo" - changes on LEFT, appear on RIGHT. Anything delete/added on left is then done on right. This way you have no old files on the right, and no changes on the right affect the left. a true "backup". SyncToy is pretty good, can setup multiple profiles to sync and can be run in silent mode (read: windows scheduler). RSync for windows is a pain to setup, so that's the alternative.

But what I want is a "box" -- so that all that it needs, comes with it, it can be set up over wifi and then syncs over wifi automatically daily, without giving me problems.

i think that's the whole point of windows home server. it can backup multiple machines on your lan
