Nothing really earth shattering to report today.
I found my calling in life. I'm going to start a website called "English to Work Translation" where you write down what you REALLY want to say to someone at work, and then translate it so you can say the same thing without getting fired.
For instance....
"Fuck you, I hate this job, I'm sick of all the bullshit, you can all go shove it up your asses. I've worked my ass off for a motherfucking month and I'm taking ONE freaking ass day off if it kills me! Otherwise, I'm going to burn the mother down!"
translates to.....
"I have been feeling very overwhelmed lately. Not only have I given my job 110%, but I've also been coming in the past 4 weekends, and as the deadline approaches near, I would like to ask if someone could kindly help me. The solution to the problem is very simple, I need someone to assist me to finish the project smoothly and with minimal amount of stress."
Perfect right? Sweet!!
Other than that......my brother let me borrow his guitar (gasp!).
So far I've made one feeble attempt to play "Clarity" (my goal for 2006) and I can play Your Body Is A Big Gay Wonderland. But just those words, not the whole song.......oh yea.....and not very well, either.
I'm thinking that if I'm not able to play a song in a month or so, I might have to convince the mysteriously sexy guitar player that calls and wakes me up at 3 am to play songs for me to come over and give me a lesson.......although that's a little dangerous, because some of you know what happened last time! :O
