The bestie I never knew.
Lately I've been stalking following a certain writer. Her name is Tahereh Mafi, and she is like liquid sunshine. Her twitter (@thmafi) posts are witty, clever, and full of awesomesauce. No joke. And her blog (http://stiryourtea.blogspot.com/) is not only a treasure trove of useful information about writing and the publishing industry, but it makes me smile.
It make me smile every day.
She has this was of writing. It's like her personality shines through every single letter she types. It's like she's sitting right next to you, caffeinated and bouncy and ridiculously cheerful. So much so, that you can't help but be happy, too.
I know some of you are writers. And I know some of you aren't. But I also know that all of you would love Tahereh. Don't believe me? Try reading her blog/twitter for a week. Heck, just try reading it for a day. Just ONCE and you'll be hooked. Like cocaine. Tahereh is my cocaine anti-drug. :D
