So I've discovered just how crooked and strange civilian health insurance is. I don't have to have a primary dentist under PPO, but I have to have a primary doctor? Under PPO? Not to mention the network of doctors is limited, half of them I haven't heard of, and all the numbers they have listed have undoubtedly changed since the hurricane.

So life after the storm has taught me something new: shopping for a doctor sucks. Although even before the storm it probably sucked, there were just more doctors to choose from. XP
