Angel led Natalia through the large double doors of the Hyperion hotel. "This is my... base of operations, I guess you could call it. I used to have a detective agency, but... well, my friends had helped me run it, and we've sort of scattered since the last big fight against Wolfram & Hart." He thought about his friends, and the apocalyptic battle against the demons and minions of Wolfram & Hart.
That had been years ago, and since then, everything had settled pretty much back to status quo. Angel lived in the Hyperion, going out each night and fighting demons and vampires, saving people. And Wolfram & Hart continued saving the demons and vampires.
"There's over 300 rooms, but only the ones on the second floor, East wing are really habitable, at the moment. I'm in room 207, but otherwise..." He was so bad at giving tours. He hoped Natalia didn't mind. "Umm, there's a small kitchen area back there," he pointed past the large steps leading to the second floor. "I've got my... food, blood, in the fridge, so, I guess you'll have to buy some groceries... sorry."
He wasn't sure why he was apologizing; he hadn't known she would need a place to stay, he hadn't known he would find himself offering her a room in his large and empty hotel.
He turned to face her, nervously tucking his hands into his pockets. "So... any questions?"
