I had a cooool day yesterday
It was friggin' awesome...
-Saw th'car that (provided everything goes well) i will soon own: a blue, 93 Chevy Corsica...th'only downside i guess is the Superman Emblem sticker in th'back window...hell, i'll keep it...Elton (th'guy sellin' it to me) told me he should have it all worked out in about a week (a ballpark guess) so me and Chip'll go test drive it once it is fixed and i'll decide from there...
-Had class for th'first time since before Christmas...and accomplished somethin' that was th'friggin' holy grail for me:
Chip has been doin' this shit for 20 years...he's got uber-experience on me...so although our sparring sessions don't mean he won't get touched, i've yet to really get a clean shot on him...usually if i hit him at all, i end up on th'worse end of it somehow....
not anymore...
yesterday i managed t'get in close enough and land a solid punch right into his ribs...i got a satisfiying grunt from him and a chuckled "ok, you got me"...i was practically dancin' th'rest of the night...
-After class, me and Nick (the only other guy in th'class since Sharky doesn't train with us anymore) decided t'go see a movie..we went and saw "Constantine"...t'be honest, i was disappointed...seems like that's strike 2 lately...blade trinity, constantine, i need a good movie dammit!!!
-As i pulled in th'parkin' lot, Juju managed t'get ahold of me (scared th'shit outta Nick when "Remember" started blarin' from my phone..this was after he heard me sing "bother" and said "damn dude, you can belt that shit can't ya?")...i was glad t'hear from her...let me know that i wasn't wastin' m'time tryin' t'call folks...now if only Kat would answer her damn phone once and a while...;)
-I also won the auction for the "destiny board" on ebay...now my "darkside" deck is complete...i'll probably make a few more adjustments (i updated m'dragon deck for ever) but soon i shall make the other duelists tremble before the dark!!! *Cheesy bad-guy laughter*
Then after all that, just before i went t'bed, we went from good to just bizarre...
Star called me...
i was shocked, but i picked it up:
"Hello?"
"Hey Handsome, what's up?"
"Um, i'm a lil' shocked t'be honest, but i'm ok i guess"
"Yeah well, i've had time to think and i know that i meant what i said...i'd rather have you as my friend than not have you in my life at all..."
"wow"
"Stephen...you'll never know how much you mean to me...and that's the truth cuz i'm the type of person that will never fully let you know...but i do love you, and i always will..but if we're not meant to be that's fine, so long as you don't disappear on me again..."
"Deal"
she then asked me if Darla'd called..."no, she hasn't...it's weird...i guess since she now thinks she has no competition, it's not as important to get ahold of me anymore...that or she's just hard t'get ahold of on th'weekends, either way...but i've tried callin' her and she either doesn't answer, or is busy....so screw it, she knows where t'get ahold of me, i'm not chasin' no damn body"...
we chatted a bit more, than i got off th'phone and went t'bed...
that was m'day yesterday...t'day wasn't so bad, i had t'work, but it was decent....steady work, not real busy but no real stoppin'....couldn't ask for nothin' better (i hate slow days)....
all in all, a decent couple days...
