workout woes

so in between classes i decided to work out. Since its early no one was using the open fields so I thought I'd have a sprint day. Did my warmup, streched out, and ready to roll. Decided to 50 yard sprints because
A) I haven't sprinted in forever
B) Being out of shape means my legs can't handle the stress of going 100%(on a full 100 meters) which leads to pulling a muscle and tearing a knee legiments. After doing that twice in my life, its not something I ever wanna do again.
So after the first dash, not too bad, I can speed up.
Second dash, pretty quick, no problems.
Third dash, hmm I feel a little naseuous. Shouldn't be a big deal.
Forth dash, I thew up.
Sat down, rested. Threw up again.
-now I've gotten to the point just before throwing up, but this is the first time I ever did.
-some how cucumbers don't taste so good on the way out.
Went back into the gym, did some ab work, cooled down and went to go change.
Sat down to put on my right shoe, then I experienced a pain I never had, a cramp in my calf muscle. Another sometime I've never experienced. I didn't know how to fix it, so I kicked the locker to realign the muscle. Now I see why its so dangerous to get a cramp while swimming.

So yeah, not so fun workout today.
