HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, FRED!
*glomps and huggles* I'm so sorry this is late, buddy, but I hope you had a great 20th! ^^
Work has been interesting, to say the very least. Amidst customers who apparently decide they can do whatever the hell pleases them (which also includes bitching us out whenever they do something wrong), the damn Southwest Territory gates constantly causing problems, and the Red Train's generator blowing out on Tuesday, we've had a fun week. I even got 3 horsefly bites. Oh yeah, fun on a stick, lol. But at least on Tuesday I had an incredibly pleasant surprise - my dad's cousin Bobby came to GA with his daughter Ariana, so they surprised me, and I got a nice hug out of it, too. ^^ Nothing quite like seeing a couple of your favorite relatives at your work - and get a hug. Quite a pick-me-up, lol.
Jamie and I are making plans for me to go visit him this month. Depending on my work schedule, I'll be heading out to Utah on the 14th or 15th, and coming back on the 20th. He's even gotten leave time for that time period (although by all accounts he just barely managed to get it - whew), so when I go out there, we can actually spend whole weekdays together instead of me hanging out in his dorm while he works. ^^ Apparently, the guys also want to head down to the lake for a day and get a couple Waverunners, so that'll be interesting - especially since I've never been on a Waverunner before, lol. I'll be taking my camera with me, too, so I will have pictures for y'all to see when I get back.
I've been thinking about changing my LJ theme - however, I have no idea whatsoever as to what kind of theme I should do. (I really hate to part with my Valkyries, but I've had 'em up for long enough.) If anyone has suggestions or ideas, feel free to throw 'em at me.
And now I head off to bed. 'Nite!
