Mom watched Freddy vs. Jason last night. Well, part of it, anyway, since I found her asleep about 15 minutes from the ending. But yes, she said that during the scene where the drunk girl is taking a shower. I had a giggle fit for a couple minutes, just from the way she said it combined with the look on her face. (And I think she was quite impressed by the guy's death. The expression on her face was priceless, lol)
Feeling much better now - I'm so glad I decided not to work late yesterday, since I had to pray to the porcelain god five minutes after I got home. >< Blech. My guess it was just caffeine deprivation - although I think that combined with yesterday's heat and humidity didn't do me much good. Yes, I am a wuss when it comes to summer heat and humidity. Mwah.
Got a couple new songs from Dan last night, too - Time After Time by Cyndi Lauper, and Sweet Dreams by Marilyn Manson. 'Twas a nice lil surprise, too - all I did was mention that I wanted those songs, and he got 'em for me. Woohoo! He's such a sweetie. ^^
So today's gonna be fun fun. Writing will take up the majority of the time for this morning/early PM, and I gotta do my laundry in the meantime. Might go up to the bank to deposit my paycheck, and I gotta hunt down my big red sketchbook, too.
