(no subject)
I never have the time to just sit down and write in this anymore. I get halfway through a post and then I ditch it. Eh. We'll see how far I get.
Christmas was alright. Home is never very exciting. I got nice gifts, had a fairly decent time with my family. Found out I have to have my tonsils out in May (oh joy...). Other then that nothing exciting happened.
After I came back my Christmas break was pretty much spent working. I've been working a lot lately. I'm working 31 hours this week. Crazy. At least there are no 7-3's in my future until next Saturday. I hate that shift. And I really hate that they leave one person to cover a shift. It'd be fabulous if they could have two people per shift.
Things with Paul are alright, I suppose. With school starting back up I'm not going to get to see him a lot. I saw him last weekend, which was wonderful, but who knows when I'll get to see him again. We're going to Florida in March. It'll be fabulous.
The major thing thats been going on right now is my lost wallet. Come home wallet! It's a mess. I have no license (I drive anyway...how the hell else am I supposed to get to work?), no form of ID, no debit card, and my social security card was in there as well. Along with sentimental things I'd been saving, and a $40 giftcard to Victoria's Secrets (my Christmas present from Paul...:( ). I need to get a new social security card, but I don't know if I can get one because I don't have a photo ID. In order to get a photo id I need a social security card. It's a vicious cycle.
Classes started. I think I can do well. They all start at times late enough I think I can show up for. It's just a pain because parking on campus is so inaccessible. If I'm running late I have to park in the B lot and risk getting a ticket. If I'm on time I have to park up in Minges and wait for the bus. I parked in the B lot today and didn't get a ticket, but I'm not so sure how long I can do that for before they start ticketing me. So many tickets and they take away my parking pass. We'll see how it goes.
I feel bad because I haven't had a lot of time to get on campus and see Becky/Erin/Daniel lately. I've been very busy with school and work (especially work) that it makes it hard to schedule a weekly dinner. Hopefully next Tuesday. I miss them all very much, although i did run into Daniel today which was nice. It's always good to see people.
Been hanging out a lot over at Timmy's with him and Jessie and that other girl who showers there ;). I passed out on the couch the other day because I was just so tired from work. All this running around is not doing wonders for me being healthy. And I also have no health insurance cards right now because they switched over insurance companies at my dad's work, and mom hasn't gotten the new cards yet, so I cant get prescriptions refilled. AHHHH. It's a mess.
I'm impressed I managed to write all this out. Go me.
