Today has been a super day.
I found out I got the job at the Courtyard Marriot which saves me from the evils of retail. I'm makin' $6.50/hour which is better than nothing and there's room for raises and growth and stuff. VERY nice hotel. Maybe I'll get discounts! That'd be fun. Beautiful suites. Nice people. My boss is a very nice older later with the absolute cutest granddaughter. The two assistant managers, Mike and Shane, are great. Very fun and laidback. I start training on monday, which shouldn't be too hard, it's just learning a new computer system. I picked up on the old one at work fairly easily so I'm optimistic about this one.
I also got my test results from the doctor and I'm nice and healthy and all that jazz. Go me!
Tonight will be a good night. I'm having dinner with Lil' B...AND...I'm going out to Concord! Yay! I miss Paul.
