Hi Everyone,

This is me Angelstar3999 and I have a question for all those who make icons and binkies.

1. How do you make the works sparkle?
2. How do you make the icon picture change from one to another?

And lastly do you have any suggestions that might be helpful to have. I would like to improve my icons and I want to learn how to make dolls.
