So it's Tues
One day closer to my last day working, one day closer to the move, one day closer to the rest of my life (or one day closer to the end of it). Feeling a bit like my avi today...mad, yes, mad, we are all mad here. I keep looking at the house wondering where I am going to put the rest of the boxes I am packing! Most of the stuff is in plastic tubs so I could put it outside but I don't really want to. What I really need to do is get my sewing done so I can pack the rest of that. Of course, that would require cleaning off the table (yet again) because everyone views the table as a place to stack stuff! No matter, I clean it off and get that stuff done then I am taking the table down (it is a metal table with folding legs) so that we can store the boxes in the dining room. Dad called again yesterday wanting an exact day of the move so he can put in for time off... Mark is being sort of evasive (sp) about it so I think that my original date of the 15th of July will be good. All though any time that week would work I suppose. Probably better to do it during the week than to try to do it on a weekend anyway. Thurs, I'll be buying an appliance dolly so that we will have that to move the really heavy stuff. HFT has them on sale so I can actually afford one.
Other than that, not a whole lot going on. The sign in the front of the office is leaning to the left! A whole new thing to look at this morning. Already called it in to the person who is supposed to be in charge of repairing it so we'll see if that happens any time soon. I am not touching it as it is too heavy for me to move alone (and it would probably fall on me or something) and I actually have on a dress today...lol.
