Deck the halls with boughs of holly... Fa-La-La-La-La-La-LaFontaine!

As I was driving to school this morning, trying to actually find some non-Christmas music to listen to, I tuned into Kiss 98.5 to find out that they had the one and only Pat LaFontaine in the studio! He was talking about the hockey game that's to take place tomorrow. One of the things they asked LaFontaine was, "So what exactly is Michael J. Fox's connection with hockey?" Patty's Answer: "He's Canadian." LoL. I sat in my car in the parking lot at UB as long as I could listening to the interview, but I had to get to class. Listening to him brought back a lot of good memories from elementary school, like going to Sabres games, remembering Pat LaFontaine coming to my school when I was in 3rd grade, playing ice hockey when I was in 4th grade, and falling asleep listening to Sabres games on WGR 55. "LaFontaine to Mogilny, Mogilny to LaFontaine... he shoots... and he scores!!! LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LaFontaine!" *sigh* Good times.

So the tickets are only ten dollars each... and it goes to the Companions in Courage Foundation. I have LaFontaine's book Companions in Courage, and though I've only read a few chapters of it, from what I have read it's very touching and inspirational. Oh well.
