I was waiting for something bad to happen.
It kind of seems like an unhealthy thing to be waiting for, but I was. It seems like everybody around me has had some kind of problem in their life lately. Adam's mom died, (which, to be fair, we all knew would happen, and she hung around two months longer than anyone expected, but still). Dawn's brother went to jail, and it turns out that her parents may be getting a divorce. It just feels like this year has been filled with much more drama then any other. I was just waiting for things to come around on me too.
Be careful what you wait for.
My Uncle Bob went to the hospital three weeks ago for shortness of breath, and now he's been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and came down with phemonia while in the hospital. Things arn't looking too good.
Is it because i'm getting older? Life just seems to pile up like this? Is this how it's going to be? And as soon as you get used to something it seems to want to take it back.
