I found today a handy application for note-taking called tomboy, which comes with my FC6 linux system. It allows me to write random notes and organize them with links, without having to worry about where to save them (finding some note written three years ago and saved in some obscure directory surely isn't easy, even with advanced search tools ( Read more... )

The GNU/Linux system on my home computer had become quite a mess after seven years of use.
