I wonder if Cecily King would get along well with herself...
I wonder if the 15-year-old Cecily King would have liked the 42-year-old version of her. Of course they would have gotten along splendidly when they really get to know each other, but the old Cecily might be a bit too reserved and melancholy to appear inviting to the timid young Cecily.
I'm thinking of this because I was just reading ruby's story and because I saw my real-life model for the 42-year-old Cecily just an hour ago. But I have no time to think about such nonsense now, with two papers to review and at least one to write and a meeting the day after tomorrow to prepare for and numerous research topics to dig in--and the trip to arrange for--all in the rest of the month!
